We were not able to check in because no one was working the front desk. We showed up at 1am. No one was there. I called the front desk phone multiple times and let it ring for a few minutes each time. Yelled to see if anyone was working no one showed up. Waited 25 minutes no one showed up Forced to get a room at another hotel. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I expect full reimbursement and compensation

The temperature control in our room did not work. It was 90 degrees in our room all night. When I told Juan at the front desk he could care less. We thought we had found our place to stay in Cleveland but I guess not

Arrived for an overnight stay for an early procedure at the hospital. Check in wasnt bad, the problem is they gave us a room on 3rd floor then apologized for the elevator being out of order. Then the over powering smell of air freshener gave me an instant headache. If the place is clean, what are they masking? We turned on the a/c fan on high & the exhaust fan in the bathroom, then left for several hours. If there had been a choice closer, we would have left immediately. Overall the room seems clean, the lobby seems clean and the hotel location is good if you need to be at the Hillcrest Hospital very early. There is a Bob Evans right across the parking lot, plus shopping across a busy street, so there is that going for the place.

This property is a lot older than what I thought but it is very clean and well maintained. The clerk at the front was very kind and carried our bags to our room for us. If you are looking for a one night, in and out, than I would suggest this property.
