Room was dirty, mold in bath, sink wouldn’t drain and no vent in bath. Property seems to be under renovations. Room numbers were on stickers adhered to the door? Towels were replaced when they came to clean room but never made up the bed, room looked messy when we returned from our outing. Won’t book again.

Hotel was nice. Needs updating but looked like its being done in certain areas. We stayed a total of 3 nights but no maid service at all. No clean towels or removed used towels & never emptied our trash. I bought trash bads & emptied it myself. Mel at front desk was bright spot in stay. Very professional & kind. They just need mre staff & maybe less focus on timeshare
