Nice, clean hotel. Our 5th floor room overlooked the indoor pool area which was past hours so it was closed and quiet. We had a great last minute deal which was a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Got a room for myself & my daughter who was playing in the local soccer tournament. The room was smelly and pretty gross. We actually chose to leave and drive home rather than stay here. I ate the full cost. Lesson learned.

I stayed in room 403.Outside of the bed being super comfy and squishy, for $150 a night I was definitely expecting a little more. There were hooks and some paper hangers left on the wall from the previous decor and it just didn’t look put together very well.Plus it wasn’t very comforting that you could tell they had put a metal plate on the door where someone had tried to break in. You could still see the marks from the tool they tried to use. They advertised the hot tub and room service from the Sanctuary Restaurant as amenities but when I got there, it said tub shut down permanently until further notice, and no room service. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, especially since there is a Holiday Inn plus right down the road.

The parking lot is so crowded, checkin was so time consuming, and your website said 3 pm was check in and we couldn't check in till 4 the toliet ran non stop the room smelled like smoke???

Poor checkin

Checkin was at 3pm. We arrived at 5pm . Room was not ready for us until 7pm. Shower was stopped up. Curtains were not attached at the top so there was a gap where they were not closed. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and nice.
