Overall, we were really happy with our stay. They offer breakfast, light dinner and happy hour as part of the room rate. Every staff member we met was helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious, but not exactly clean. We had questionable stains on the bed skirts and there was a pretty thick layer of dust on the night stand and shelves. The beds, bathrooms and towels were clean though. We will choose Drury again and hope this was just a bad day.

This stately older building has been beautifully restored and preserved as a wonderful hotel. Huge rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds and very centrally located to all attractions in downtown Cleveland makes this a hit !

This hotel is by far the nastiest so called up scale hotel. I've stayed in numerous Drury Brand Hotels over the years, NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN A DIRTIER HOTEL. I ARRIVED VERY LATE, AFTER A TRAVEL AT 2 AM. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE NICE, HOWEVER I WAS NEVER OFFERED A VALET. I GUESS LATE ARRIVALS PAY DOUBLE, GET THE FILTHIEST ROOMS, AND PARK UNDER THE HOTEL, WITH NO ENTRANCE OR ELEVATORS TO GET TO THE DRURY , SO, ONE MUST WALK UP THE RAMP WITH CARS COMING DOWN THE RAMP, ALMOST HITTING THE PEOPLE on their way to stay in their dirty rooms. To top my awful day off, I finally arrive to room, Ready to crash and sleep 9 hours. But, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. MY ROOM WAS SO NASTY, I SAT IN THE CHAIR STARING AT FILTH, COBWEBS AND BUGS. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK. I GAVE UP AFTER THE 3RD ATTEMPT. SO I PLAN TO BE AT THE FRONT DESK ARMED WITH ALL MY PHOTOS OF OVER 20 DIFFERENT NASTY PICS , ALL OF DIFFERENT AREAS. I WILL UPDATE WHEN THE MANAGEMENT STAFF ADDRESSES THESE ISSUES.

It was good. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. I think it was. A spring matress that had seen better days. Walk in shower was good. Included dinner and breakfast was great
