Great hotel. I liked it very much. Nice rooftop bar. Very close to the stadium. Only issue was the up charge for parking. If I’m paying so much to stay, I shouldn’t have to pay 100 for parking because of an event.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and kind staff. Clean rooms. Loved the Noshery for coffee in the morning - very nice staff there. The bars were laid back and inviting, enjoyed a cocktail in the evening. Close to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and the Warehouse District for dining. So glad I stayed here!

It was great. The elevator key thing was a bit confusing at first, but then fine. The keys are well used for parking as well. It was a nice stay. Stay above floor 11 to see the lake.

A good location

Short distance from Huntington fields and about a 10 minute walke to rocket arena and all the local food and bars the super mart rite down the road that served hot fresh food that the best food i found in cleveland plus was by far the cheapest

Lunch was so so and the bar area was dirty and bartenders seemed irritated. Otherwise, staff was great, and promptly fixed an issue with the A/C in room. Room was excellent.
