Property was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again.

Did not like that there wasn't any complimentary breakfast. Our door lock battery went dead, and we had to wait to get in. Of course, we were on the 27th floor and I needed to use the bathroom. Lakeside view was fantastic.

The room wa nice, but the door to the safe fell apart as soon as we opened it. The vent was duct taped. I know it’s hotel coffee, but it’s nasty they need to upgrade it.The light on the bathroom mirror didn’t have all working lights it was very dim. For King room lake side you’d think it would be in tip top shape.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great views and staff was excellent. Room rates were great and felt very secure. Great property. Had a lake view room and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely stay again. Roof top bar had amazing views.

Great location, great views, a bit of an issue getting an Irish Coffee at 10:30pm, but it happens.
