Hotel was ok...not the best I've ever stayed at. My room may have been older. Someone else in our party had a up to date cool shower. Mine was on old timey tub that I needed a step stool to get in and almost slipped and busted my arse. Parking garage around the corner was a waaay better deal $24 overnight vs $75 they were gonna charge for valet.

The hotel was conveniently located near Rocket where we were attending an event. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee, etc. Our dogs were happily welcomed to the hotel as well. The air conditioner was licked to go no lower than 65* which was not nearly that cool feeling, so that was disappointing. There was also a lot of confusion with dropping off the car with valet and unpacking when we arrived, which was uncomfortable way to start unfortunately.

No coffee maker in the room, no bathrobes, no makeup mirror, lightbulb out, shabby bathmat, scuffed bathroom door. There was a list of amenities that could be had, but you had to ask for them. I wouldn’t stay here again. Kimpton is supposed to be boutique level. This wasn’t as good as a standard brand like Fairfield by Marriott. Couldn’t even get a room with a bathtub.

Large room and bathroom in a great location

Clean and very spacious room, large bathroom with two sink areas in a huge shower. The hotel is in agreat location. Wish there was coffee maker in the room. My room had strange windows that were floor to waste height…. shade on the large bathroom window did not work right. One of the pocket doors to the very Spaces bathroom was stuck, off its track.

We were very impressed with our stay! Clean and SUPER comfortable bed. I think the thing I was most impressed with was the sound machine that had tons of sounds and a dim light around the bottom. Most hotels we stay at, we completely forget about having any kind of noise to sleep with and this was so great! If you want breakfast you have to pay at the restaurant or buy vouchers ahead of time. Each voucher is good for up to $22.50. Any leftover goes towards a tip. Everything looked clean and up to par and the valet service was exceptional! Check in was a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again at some point.

I had the room right over the bar so I had to listen to the loud music until 12 midnight then the windows was so thin that every time somebody came by with the motorcycle and their music blasting on their bikes or in their cars and then the loud noise I asked to be moved, but they said they couldn’t move me

The hotel is looking a bit worn. The hallway carpet was warped and fraying at the seams, the shower dripped consistently, my towel had a hole in it. We had stayed here before, about a year after opening, no updates have happened in the decade since.
