Great check in. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spacious, well ventilated room with large comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Mini-fridge in room. Well kept, older property. Lobby coffee was quite good but I wish in room coffee & tea were also available.

Was an amazing stay, room was super clean, and staff was great for the most part. My only complaint would be that when I went to get my bags I decided to park in a public parking, I carried all my 4 bags in and at no point did any of the 5 staff workers did I pass offer help or even an an acknowledgment of me.

The staff seem to have no concept of hospitality. Housekeeping starts banging around and shouting across the hallway at 8am, well before check-out time, which makes it impossible to sleep in. The soundproofing is also terrible, you can hear every step from the room above. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. The location is great, and the lobby and restaurant are nice — but the service is seriously lacking.
