We were there for about a week and a half the roads are extremely clean they remodeled and the staff there is absolutely wonderful especially Lisa and I don't remember the gentleman's name but he works in the evenings they were always helping us if we needed anything I would definitely recommend staying there if you are traveling through Ohio Middleburg Heights. The gentleman that works in the evenings definitely deserve a raise

This is a terrible property. Run down and not clean. Has booked for two nights and asked for refund for the second night. The front desk guy kept putting me on speaker...so i could not hear him and acted like he was completely annoyed to have to answer the phone, he was most unhelpful.

I came into my room that was switched from a queen single to a double bed, the door lock on top was broken, there was clear messes all over the floor, some looking like puke, along with a used bar of soap in the shower and someone’s hair on the folded towels. Do not plan on coming back as single traveler.

When I arrived, the counter person gave me a room that was supposed to be out of commission. Heater didn't work, bathroom was dirty . Saw the manager who quickly gave me another room. Oh and the first room has roaches, at least two that I saw. Ugh
