1. Mice on the counter ate my bread.2. First floor refrigerator stopped working/wasn't working at all, so warm made my breakfast biscuits pop.3. Ants everywhere & 2nd Floor smells like a cat sprayed it.4. 2nd floor bathroom shower walls molded.5. Garbage can full, no way to empty trash..etc!I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

House was adequately furnished.

No electrical outlets in bathrooms which is an inconvenience, living room furniture was not comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. One of the bunks that my sister in law slept on, the mattress was actually on the floor so she rolled in and out without too much trouble. It accommodated 8 of us sufficiently. Needed more outlets in the kitchen to plug the coffee pot in without moving it to the top of the stove. Landlord was very helpful when needed and was concerned for any needs we had.

Family had plenty of space

The house was very spacious and fit all of my family. We used this as our getting ready location for a downtown wedding. We were able to house all of my siblings, their spouses and my parents as well as my adult children. This house was affordable and just what we needed for the weekend. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were outside and greeted us and were friendly. This location was only 10 minutes to downtown area which was perfect for us.

Enough beds for our wedding party!

We booked this VRBO for the weekend of our wedding so our entire wedding party and their significant others would have a place to stay together near the wedding venue. We had a few special needs and they were easily taken care of by the host. Jaider was extremely communicative and flexible as he worked around our requests. My only complaint is about the cleanliness. One of the supposedly clean bath towels definitely was not washed thoroughly before I used it, and I did find a few ants in the kitchen one morning. However, I understand that these things happen accidentally sometimes, and they weren't severe enough to keep me from recommending the place to anyone who needs lodgings for 15+ people in the Cleveland area. Overall, a good weekend stay for a large group.

Nothing is perfect but this house worked, with a few fixes needed. There were 13 adults and no children, so there was some difficulty using the top bunks, had to use futon sofa beds which were small and uncomfortable. It would definitely work for families with kids. Overall lots of open space for everyone and pretty accurate with driving distance to attractiona inClevelan

Look no further, this is the house you want!

My husband and I got married in Cleveland and stayed here with our bridal party. It was super spacious, clean, and had that "at home" vibe. I liked how there was a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. This house is literally two houses in one and worth every penny! The king size beds had memory foam mattresses so I had the best sleep ever! And I enjoyed the color scheme. Not one person in our entire group had anything negative to say about this place, it was perfect!!

Overall a nice place, close to several great attractions. Lots of room for large groups of people. Some areas of the property are in need of repair, I notified the owner, who was very responsive. Property was clean and as described. I would book this listing again.

Clean but needing some upkeep

Host was good and responsive in the booking process. The home was clean but there is a definite need for updating, repairs, and additional furniture like dressers. Back stoop needs replacing - washrooms are small and need new fixtures Couches do not work for sleeping on - extremely uncomfortable beds however were very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Overall met our needs

Family trip

We had a nice stay at the Ladybug Lounge. There was plenty of room for all of our family. Im not sure that I would be comfortable putting two adults in the bunkbeds, however they worked well for children. Kitchens were equipped well for cooking for our crew.

Family Game Getaway

We stayed at this property after a Cleveland Browns game. It had plenty of room, was clean and easy to get back and forth to the field. We would stay here again.

Was great except it had 4 less beds than advertised. The pictures showed 6 bunk beds but there were only 2. Two people had to sleep on a futon which was very hard and uncomfortable. Does not sleep 20.

Family Stay

This property is a a described on the inside. There are basically two living units. Downstairs has a bedroom with one big bed and another with two sets of bunk beds. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, however, to get to one of them, you have to go through in of the others. That worked out fine for us, but some folks may not like that. There was plenty of parking. The property is close to so many things within a short driving distanze(Rock and Roll HOF, The Christmas Story House, etc). As some other reviews have mentioned, the area the street is in seems a little rough, but the street the house is on seemed very meighborhood-like. Just people out living their family lives. 🙂. There is a library right across the street. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries. There is hair/body wash in each shower, but I know that doesn’t suit everyone. One little quirky thing to note is that there aren’t electrical outlets in the bathrooms. The upstairs unit has one right outside the bathroom and for the one downstairs, we just used an outlet in the adjacent bedroom since we didn’t have anyone staying in that room. Checkin/out was very easy and we had no problems with that. There are a couple of nice Adirondack chairs outside, as well as a small table/chairs. There are 2 porches, one downstairs that is open and one upstairs that is enclosed with windows.

Perfect for what we needed

We met some family there. The house was the perfect size for us and our children and their cousin were able to have a kids room with the bunk beds. Also the adjoining parents room to a bunk bed room was perfect for us and our little one. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was rather quiet!

A group of us stayed at the Ladybug Lounge while passing through Cleveland. Iyr host was responsive and attentive through the entire process. The property was clean with ample parking for all of us. The house was clean and comfortable for our needs.

Set expectations then decide

Location is a bit sketchy, so just know that. Pictures shown online are in better light than actual. Not terrible, just things like trying to paint over and contact paper in cabinets. Attempts at “remodeling” fall quite short. Locks and hinges on interior doors wonky. Possible, but finicky way to lock exit door. Not enough towels for the number of people listed that were staying. No hand soap or bathroom spray ( no exhaust fans). Owner resolved situation with incorrect checking in code within 15 mins of sending a message. But was concerned when trying to call contact number it wasn’t a direct line and was in another language and needed a 10 digit code we didn’t have. So phone number was useless. You will be about 15 min from flats. Beds were comfortable , but some didn’t have a top sheet ( yuck) and top blanket scratchy.

Pros and Cons

Positives: > Great location. Right off the highway but not noisy, on a residential street, easy to get to all Cleveland sights. > Extremely comfortable beds. All beds are memory foam, and with 3 kings and 6 fulls, everyone could sleep comfortably. > A lot of space: 2 full apartments. Our group was small and did not need the duplicate amenities, but having 2 kitchens, 2 coffeemakers, 2 microwaves, etc. would be a great convenience for a large group. Negatives: > Uncomfortable seating. The 3 small couches were very uncomfortable, like slabs of wood. Half of the dining chairs were metal, like outdoor furniture. There are 2 patio chairs upstairs in the sunroom. > The AC to the upstairs was not powerful enough to cool it, and the unit was very loud. Luckily we were there in cooler weather and could turn off the AC and open the windows at night. However, only a few windows opened, and some had torn or missing screens. Overall, this is an old house in a convenient location. It would work great as a place to sleep while you're exploring Cleveland, but it's not a comfortable place to hang out.

Went up for a State Bowling Tournament. Was great for both locations. House fit all the needs we had. Jaider was an amazing host, on point to respond quickly. Would rent again.
