The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The elevator door didn't always close which we heard many people mention. The front desk had no response. I also had called 6 times the day before hoping to ask for an early check in but no one ever answered.

Disappointed and Misleading

Pictures are not current. I walked in and about walked back out but I stayed because I realized I wouldn’t be in the room just to sleep. The room was not very clean. I had to wear my sandals when I went from the bed to walk in the room. My husband did not until he noticed the bottom of his feet were black from the floor! Luckily I had Lysol wipes and wiped areas in the room including the bathroom/tub. It looked dirty but it was wear and tear as this hotel is older and needs upgrades. The bed wasn’t bad thankfully. The free breakfast was eye opening. Very limited and hard boil eggs in water that look green. It’s cheap but that is my last time for me!

Unfortunately, this is an aging property and the rooms are tired and worn. The facility is in poor shape and need of a complete overhaul. The surrounding area is a horrible sea of pavement adjacent to a vacant mall. The staff were accommodating and friendly but there was not much they could do about the poor condition of the building.

The picture on the site is deceiving. It's nothing like that and not up to date. The floor was fake laminate and wavy. The air conditioner did not work. I reported it, and she said there was nothing she could do, no other rooms available, and no fans. There was a fight in the hallway at 1am, and the police showed up. We were afraid to try the breakfast and ate out. We discovered later it used o be a Red Roof Inn. We had a bad experience with them in the past. Would not recommend.

I was aloud to check in early. There was no trouble having a late 12 o clock check out which was great. The place is going under renovations currently. In the few days I was here they did a lot of work already. I’ll probably stay here next month and I’m sure the renovations by then will make this place even better. The pool was perfect

A recently converted Red Roof Inn, rooms hastily refurbished and seem clean, but hallways still in bad shape. Breakfast terrible. Mainly stayed for access to EV charger in parking lot, which worked ok after some fussing with the provider’s web site.

Very sketchy clientele, couch in room had stains all over it, TV didn’t work, shower gel empty. Not a comfortable stay at all.

No ice machine, no side table by chair, bed made noise, and extra safety lock was broken. The sheets was clean and it looks like they are remodeling in different area's, because of stuff in different area's on the floor.
