Overall very disappointing for a property carrying the “Westin” name. Dirty sheets that we had to ask be changed as soon as we arrived, overpriced and litter-filled parking garage, broken shampoo dispenser in the tiny shower, the HVAC struggled to cool the room, the water pressure was weak at best, housekeeping gave us bath mats instead of towels, and then when we called housekeeping TWICE they didn’t even make our bed. Very poor presentation and experience, sadly this is the first and only time we’ll stay at this property. If I could get my money back or go back in time and not book this stay I would do so in a heartbeat.

Celebrating 25years

Had an amazing experience. The check could have been earlier so that the room could’ve been done enjoyed longer. Also toilet lid was unaligned and it created a challenging experience just having to use the restroom in an ordinary way. That’s why an earlier check-in might would have exposed that imperfection and could’ve made some adjustments accordingly before realizing it during the night. Staff was super nice and the room upgrade was most appreciated with an optimal desired view. I overall felt very good about the value that was extending to me from the Westin brand.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy! Was a great stay. One thing to keep in mind is parking isn’t included!

Check in process was quick and simple. Hotel is convenient to many things that are walkable like Rocket Arena and North Shore waterfront. Nice restaurants close by and walking felt safe at night. Hotel was clean and nice but I think some updates or additional cleaning could be done in the rooms. Our lampshade, couch, ottoman, furniture were all stained or had fingerprints on it. Room view was nice and as promised a city view. Bathroom was spacious and clean. I would stay again.
