Our family loved this little cabin nestled away. We loved the little creek running along side the home, where the kids caught trout and we listened to the beautiful sound of the water. This is a truly no service location, which if you are looking to disconnect for the outside noises it is for you. Just a few minutes down the road and we were able to fly fish the river, explore the banks, and just be in nature. Trudy is the best and loves to come visit, especially when the kids are out, cutest pup around.
We had a great time at the cabin. Such a wonderful place. There were 6 of us and it was cozy. The kids loved the stream outside and the hostâs little dog. The host was available and very helpful and friendly. The cabin is definitely not fancy, everything is mismatched and old, the floors are a bit uneven and in spots things are patched together. But we had everything we needed except a large cooking pot for pasta. We would definitely stay here again.
We had such a lovely time in the cabin, every detail of it made us feel at home. We only had one night, but we already want to plan for a longer stay to come back and really enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the space. Also, the bedroom and bathroom are straight out of a fairytale, such a dream. Thank you again so much for having us!
We had a great time during our stay. Loved the backdoor deck and Mike was very responsive. Excellent stay if you are looking for a reasonably priced place on Rock Creek and ok with a rustic cabin.
The cabin is located a few feet from the babbling Brewster Creek, which you can put your feet in to cool off. The John Long Mountains tower overhead at a dizzying 45 degree angle with rocky outcrops overlooking the property. Bighorn sheep grazed within 30 yards of the cabin. The cabin interior is eclectic and unique and very interesting. Mike was always ready to answer questions and was ALWAYS helpful. We loved staying at Fishermanâs Creek. It will provide memories and stories for many years. The nearby Swinging Bridge area along Rock Creek is definitely with a visit. In fact, donât miss it!
This cabin is perfectly set in a bashful, quiet area. There is no service with cell phones which we appreciated for the few days we were there. Itâs close to fishing spots and a beat bridge. The deck in the back of the home is so wonderful to sit at and watch the creek located behind the cabin. Itâs definitely an experience we value having.
Michael contacted me early and often, had fire wood ready, and was more than happy to host our group of 8 fisherman. He was very accommodating all around. Cabin is exactly what i wanted for the last day of our montana and idaho trip. Big thanks to michael!
Adorable little cabin that was exactly as advertised! It was spacious and clean with all the basic necessities to enjoy our stay! We enjoyed playing horseshoes, having a fire and listening to the creek while our kiddos rode their bikes - lots of useable outdoor space! Highly recommend staying here if youâre looking to unplug and enjoy a relaxing stay! We will most definitely be back. đ
I find the need to review although I wasn't able to stay . In speaking with the host, Mike ,for directions I realized I booked for the wrong night . He was very kind and said contact VRBO to cancel . Mike said call him direct if I had a problem with a VRBO refund . As I waited for refund to post on debit card and a couple of emails to Mike and swift response saying refund was taken care of when I cancelled. I Checked my debit card ,still no refund .I felt like an idiot when I realized I had booked on my credit ,not debit card . My apologies to Mike for being a pain ,he's great host i'm an airhead .
