One remote to share between 2 TV’s, channels didn’t match up to guide, no local channels and no one on site to look at it or get a 2nd remote. Lamp doesn’t work on switch because the wall switch doesn’t work. Front desk help didn’t have any answers.

Hotel room smelled like old dog pee.

The hallway in the third floor, where we stayed, smelled like a bank of bathroom stalls at an amusement park. This was better than the smell of our room though, which was more like smelling the worst toilet in that bathroom. Literally smelled like dogs had been peeing on the carpet and no one ever cleaned them. The TV didn't work in our room, only one of the four vanity lights in the bathroom worked, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower had its hot and cold reversed, and the beds were terrible. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Dirty room, no sheets, pillows for sofa bed

The room smells musty, filthy carpet with stains. Curtains dusty, TV not clean, remote to the TV was sticky. No sheets, pillows for sofa bed. Only one set of towel, etc., Not happy at all.

The location is very good. The rest not so much. When you need to use a winn Dixie shopping cart to bring your luggage up that says it all.
