Great communication from host before, during and after. Amenities were in good condition with an amazing sunrise each morning. Loved that prior guests left behind salt, pepper and spices for the few meals we cooked. Great location for visiting Kennedy Space Center (30-45 minutes) and Merritt Island (1 hour) . To cold when we went but condo did have some beach chairs and towels. Good restaurant within walking distance we tried for breakfast.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. All amenities were available for us. We didn't use the pool as we were on the beach. We had spent many years at the Spanish main with my parents and kids so it was nice to reflect on the wonderful memories there. We will Definity be back and requesting the same unit.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in and check out was very easy. The condo was very clean and it felt like a home away from home. The balcony had great views of cruise ships coming in and out of port and we even saw several dolphins. Two pair of binoculars helped too! Overall, it was a relaxing stay. There was easy access to the beach and it was just nice to get away with the family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronda’s unit in Spanish Main. The location was amazing with wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. Ronda is very kind and provides a lot of sweet hospitality details in her property. We will definitely be coming back to Cocoa and hope to stay at this place soon! With three small children, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Cocoa Beach.

We had a great time in Cocoa beach. This property was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped beds were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed for a fantastic 5 night stay. Views were incredible

Anniversary

The unit was neat, clean and nicely furnished. The balcony view was perfect. We were married at Cocoa Beach 31 years prior. The area although changed, it was easy to navigate . Great food in the area, travel by foot or car. Saw 2 rocket launches and had terrific weather. Overall, great fun.

Amazing view, great location

We love staying at Spanish Main when we visit Cocoa Beach, and this year was no exception. We've stayed in other units in the past but those were always on the pool side. It was wonderful to get to a beach facing unit this year. We spent A LOT of time out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view! The unit itself had everything we needed, and was clean and ready for our arrival. The cupboards were well-stocked and we were happy to find a bunch of beach toys/boogie boards and beach chairs ( umbrella) in the front closet! A few very small things - the windows in the master bedroom wouldn't stay open, and a few of the light switches don't work (some are labeled as non-functional, others not). The screen door to the porch also needs replacing (there was a large hole at the bottom where the screen has pulled away from the frame). But these were small things and didn't take away from our enjoyment of the condo. We had a few issues with people smoking out on their balconies, with the smoke traveling right up to our unit - very unpleasant. But I can't blame the condo on that, just rude neighbors (I really wish Spanish Main would make all the units smoke free.) Spanish Main has one of the best locations in all of Cocoa Beach! We could walk to a bunch of great restaurants in minutes, Publix is a 2 minute drive down the road, plus only a few minutes more to downtown Cocoa Beach. And the pool and beach areas are perfect for our family (2 adults 3 kids ages 7-11). We'll be back!

What a view! What a place!

the property was amazing! everything we needed, great beds, wonderful layout. We all agreed it was one of the best places we've ever stayed - and that is really something. Thank you for giving us the chance to watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the moon on the waves. I hope to return one day

Beach, wildlife and food

We had a great time and the property and location added to it. The ocean was just a few steps away, we watched turtle nesting and saw babies. Had great food and didn't have to drive too far. We missed a launch but did get to watch them getting ready for one. The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The beach did not allow driving and was not crowded. Sunrises were fabulous. We will definitely return.

Comfortable, Cute, and Clean!

The unit is great - super comfortable and feels like home! My husband and I were there with 3 of our kids and everyone had space and was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a couple of meals and we made our way down to Coconuts on the Beach for dinner. We got to see a rocket launch the first night so that was a fun surprise. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay on the beach in Cocoa Beach

Great view from the top floor. Great beach front. Nice unit with everything you need for 4 adults and 2 kids. Several good local restaurants less than 10 minute walk. Grocery, mini-golf, ice cream store, and famous Ron Jon Surf shop less than 10 minute drive.

Great spot on beach

Just as advertised. Easy check-in and very comfortable accommodations. Ocean/beach view is great, balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast while watching/listening to ocean. Pool is warm and clean. Quiet resort/condo building, very good for families.
