Location was great! Out the back, nice private yard and a view that cant be beat and the beach is right there. Walk a couple blocks and your right downtown Cocoa Beach. Weather hindered our first few days so we didnt get the full experience, but we will be back!

This home is a little slice of paradise. Amazing views from the deck. Great location. Literally step out into the beach. The star gazing and wave sounds at night was incredible peaceful. Our kids absolutely loved the yard. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location for a relaxing beach get away. We love just being able to walk right out the back door to the beach! The property manager was very responsive and addressed any questions/ concerns quickly. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again in the future!

Host did everything they could to make us comfortable. That’s pretty easy when everything is as planned. Not the case this time, and the host was quick to fix everything. We loved the location. If you want to be on the beach this is the place. And Cocoa Beach is just about perfect.

Location - Location - Location.When you stay at this property you hear the waves 24/7 and are just a few steps from the deck to the water. We spent most of our time on the deck just relaxing and listening to the wave. Do not let the lot next to the property worry you, we were never bothered by any noise. Walking into town was just 10 minutes and nice to see all the other properties as you take the stroll. The kitchen is stocked well, the host is very responsive and there are enough beach accessories to keep everyone busy. Understand that you are in an older beach home so expect that vibe. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Host is most attentive. The place is cozy, welcoming, and well stocked for cooking, and fun games to play. The view onto the ocean is unbelievable! It is a short walk to downtown Cocoa Beach with many eateries, shops and great entertainment.

Wonderful beach house with idyllic location. With all the high rise construction goimg on in Cocoa Beach, this house is really a gem! Its not new, but has all amenities a family needs to enjoy a wonderful beach in such a great town. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much for sharing your home with my family!

Excellent getaway!!

My family had such an amazing time! This is our 3rd time visiting this house, and each time has been better than the last! So relaxing! The location doesn’t get any better! We spent our days on the beach playing in the sun and our evenings on the deck listening to the waves crash! Very highly recommend!!

Casa del Mar is a seaside slice of heaven on earth! The property is spacious, and the views are spectacular. This home was exceptionally well stocked with towels, bedding, and beach accessories. We wanted for nothing in the spacious kitchen. Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, bowels, etc. Top line appliances throughout the home and plenty of cookware, including a crock pot! We made good use of the outdoor charcoal grill. We appreciated the opportunity to vacation with our small dog and spend time making special memories with family that will live a lifetime! Anebel was an attentive and gracious host, very responsive to any inquiries. We have plans to return in the Spring.

We stayed 5 days and our family of 5 made alot of great memories at this home. Stayed in alot of vrbo and this home is right on point for the nightly rate. If your looking for fancy this isnt it as the bathrooms are outdated. That didnt bother us as they were functional. The beds were all acceptable with plenty of linens. The keurig is ancient so bring your own if thats you otherwise they have a drip there. The pictures on the site are outdated and the upgrades were much nicer. You practically get the beach to yourself on weekdays and the loungers on the deck overlooking the shoreline were what I miss the most. This place will be remembered and if I were back in the area I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Very family oriented. lovely place and very well equipped - except we couldn't find a cutting board. The beach makes up for that 10 fold! Definitely recommend Communication with owner or manager could have been easier,,,,but we're not tech savy.,

What a great beach house!

This was a great property and host that fit our family's needs perfectly. Five adults and 2 dogs had a great time. Plenty of room and a nicely stocked kitchen. The back deck was very relaxing. I highly recommend this property and host.

Easy access to the beach and insane ocean views right from the back deck. It was pretty cool watching cruise ships pass by. Dogs are allowed on the beach as well which made us pick this location over others.

Great location and lovely view

Very private backyard with lovely view and short path to the beach. We spent a lot of time hanging on the back deck, watching birds and listening to the waves. The interior decor is super cute with a beach vibe. It was perfect for two couples including one in their 80’s. The highlight was watching a rocket launch from the backyard. It flew right past us! Great trip!

Beautiful view and great location.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the great location. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The back deck was awesome. The little extras like coffee pods and the games were very much appreciated. Due to the age of the home, the bathrooms were small with very limited counter space and older features, which did create minor issues with comfort. We were able to adapt. Overall, we had a great time.

Terrific property

We stayed here just before Thanksgiving, and it was perfect! The outdoor space was great for watching sunrises and sunsets over the water, and we were just a few steps from the beach. The area was quiet, yet we were still close to restaurants and shopping. The house was just as described. I’d definitely stay there again.
