The heated pool oceanside allows for year round enjoyment with the cool onshore breeze and listening to the waves crashing along the shoreline. The complex also offers an atrium sitting area along with a conversational area with a tv while you wait for transportation or if you simply just want to enjoy the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The view from the patio was outstanding with an excellent view of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The management company was very communicative and provided all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival. My wife and I would highly recommend this rental.
