This is a cozy 750 sq ft bungalow one block to the beach, and walking distance to anything and everything in Downtown Cocoa Beach, FL being less than 2 blocks to the downtown center at Minutemen Causeway.
ABOUT THE UNIT...
This is a luxury-appointed unit in the mixed-use district attached to a business. You have private parking in the back with a private fenced-in courtyard with lounging chairs and a small grill. Inside, you step into a gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and all the things you need to cook, bake, and make your favorite coffee or tea. A full size dining table shares a space with a comfy futon that opens out to be a twin bed, a large mounted TV, and a fold-down desk space. In the middle of the unit is the bedroom with an extremely comfortable King bed featuring a premium mattress and pillows, plus a large mounted TV. On the east side of the unit is a living area and the causeway-facing entrance/exit with comfy leather movie seats and a queen-sized murphy bed. There is a deck out front, too! Finally, there is one full bath off the kitchen with a beautiful glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The decor of the Seaside Flamingo could be described as Pottery Barn meets coastal light pinks & sage green. Professionally and tastefully done with flamingos throughout.
THE AREA...
Public beach access across the street is the highlight of the property. Imagine morning walks as the sun rises, and perhaps catching glimpses of sea turtles during season from March thru October. If you are staying at least 3 days, you will likely be able to catch at least one rocket launch -- the beach is the PERFECT place to view, especially for night launches.
Wanna get your flamingo flow on? Equilibrium Yoga Studio is literally in the backyard. For coffee and breakfast, you are within 3 walking blocks of several great options from Surfinista, Juice N Java, Simply Delicious, A La Vie French Patisserie, and Foxtrot Coffee...all open 6 or 7 days per week. On the weekends, fabulous brunch may be had at Backstreet Boy Howie D's new restaurant Coa, Rebellion Beachside, or Flavour Kitchen -- all excellent choices for dinner, too! Other great dinner spots include Pompano Grill for local-caught seafood and prime filets, Maine'ly Lobster for your shellfish and fish sandwich fix, and Salty Sisters for your neighborhood hole-in-the-wall strip center smash burger with fresh cut fries. And, of course the infamous Coconuts on the Beach is the best for beach views and people-watching, often featuring live entertainment.
Also within walking distance are the popular The Pointe Church, Healing Hands Massage, The Sunshine Shop, and many other great little boutiques and art walls to discover.

No need to get in the car once you arrive, but if you choose to have rental bikes delivered, you are within 2 miles of kayak and stand-up paddle board launching, and a short drive to the Cocoa Beach Golf Course if you needed a reason to get in the car. :)
