The rental unit was large, clean, and comfortable. The host was excellent in their communication. The entire facility was excellent. The only negative was the construction next door but that wasn’t a problem for us.

This unit had no air conditioning, and upon further inspection, each room had a large fan. This has led me to suspect that the owner knew the air conditioning was broken and has rented the unit anyway. We had no air conditioning upon check-in, and after messaging the owner, they sent a repair person on the last day of our stay. We had nowhere else to go, and the owner would not refund any money for the inconvenience of the lack of AC. The unit was located on the 7th floor and was 80 degrees at night, which was uncomfortable. I definitely will not rent from them again due to the lack of

We enjoyed our ladies weekend in Cocoa Beach. The condo was clean and had all we needed for our stay. There is easy access to the pool and beach. The construction next door didn’t bother us. A highlight was seeing a rocket launch from the beach after a neighbor told us about it earlier in the day.

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Super fast response to any questions. Unit is beautiful! There is construction next door but did not interfere with our stay at all. Pretty view and easy access to the beach. The unit was well equipped with everything needed. I would definitely book again!

Location is great! The condo is spacious.Problem is they are building a brand new condo/hotel beside the complex. The noise started early and they are no were near completing this project. Your view is looking at construction and hearing noise

Don’t tell anybody about this place!

Beach bums this is your spot. Great location right in the middle of everything. Condo was top notch, clean pictures did not lie. Top floor at the end great view from balcony…..can’t say enough.
