Everything was great, and the price was the best part God Bless Everyone, Mark and John are really nice and congenial people, we had some great conversations and suchđđđ
I did not receive breakfast that I paid $5 per day for, did not use the restroom or shower for two days because i felt uncomfortable and when i ordered myself a pizza, the co owner asked for some of it.
I would not recommend for anyone who has decency about themselves to invest in this! Honestly, if I wasn't homeless and in need of somewhere to stay without being on the streets .
The room has no privacy, to leave everyone must walk beside the bed to the front door. The window air conditioning unit was not very effective and I sweated throughout the 3 hours I stayed. After getting bit by a flea I decided it would be better to sleep in my car.
The bed-room is actually the living room divided by an iron frame cover with plastic bags. The mattress of the small sofa needs to be replaced as soon as possible, I still have pain on back! John & Mark are both nice guys!
Ahh the bathroom face-basin needs to be replaced immediately.
It was advertised as a queen bed, definitely was a full bed. The several mattress toppers were not the same size so it felt like I was going to roll off of the edge all night. The smell was tomcat spray and mustiness. There was no water pressure and the sink in the bathroom was loosing its many layers of paint. It has a nasty refrigerator in the room that looked like it hasnât been cleaned.
