Breakfast. No waffle batter left. My fault i didnt see anyone around
“Shelter” is what it really is. Tiny bathroom, small sink, no iron/ironing board, dirty carpet, ridiculously bad bed, dated and worn bedding (including 3 awful pillows on a king bed). A pleather recliner (size children) rounds out the room with a tv that occasionally went out (consistently). Dogs barking and doors slamming rounded out the trip, along with a plastic key that had to be re-set every time I left the room (and walk back to the front desk person).
Sticky carpet, noisy room, only 2 lamps for lighting, broken tiles in bathroom. Only one room key worked after attempting 5 times. Definitely will not be back.

Very OLD outdated property. Checked into our room to find out that house keeping neglected to check the toilet as someone left a nasty surprise in there for us to find
It was a dirty and old hotel/inn. I was NOT at all impressed!! I went down to eat breakfast and came back to shower and a man was in my room stripping the sheets. Ummm… why didn’t they wait until I actually checked out?? Creepy!! Luckily the bed, sheets, blankets and pillows all looked clean & fresh and the bed & pillows were SUPER COMFY so I actually slept really good!!

Not for single parents traveling with young kids
first of all the staff was awesome. But as a single mother traveling for almost a week with three young young kids, to not have an elevator, to not have carts. I’ve never been to a hotel without elevators or carts. Thankfully the desk person who checked us into it at all. She was a rockstar. Two different times my keys didn’t work, and I had to have them redone or somebody help me in the room. Again hanging out in the hall with three young young kids, while I have to pee put down all my stuff send my kid out to get somebody to let us in the room with a pain in the butt
One of the last nights there I spilled my dinner and when I went to pick it up instead of picking up my spilled Chinese food, I got a rat turd. I decided to just leave it there and not try to clean it up because I didn’t know what I’d find
The morning man was very nice he was friendly and helpful too. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because single parents traveling with young kids need carts and elevators
The room was fine. No complaints. No daily housekeeping, but I would just set my dirty towels out in my trash out when it needed to collecting. I’m not sure that any other hotel offers that stuff after Covid. Funny how it seems like the prices went up but the room service went down everywhere
I was thankful we were put on the ground floor and thankful our little dog was allowed to stay with us. It also looked like there was room in the back lot for a truck and trailer ti park. We plan to move and will need a place to park for the night in the near future.

The property is old and small. The room had a smell to it but once we opened the window to air it out, it was better. The sink for the bathroom is next to the door to exit the room. The beds are spring beds. The room has no full length mirror. The shower had good water pressure and hot water that was a plus. The breakfast is okay. No protein. Just waffles, breads, muffins and yogurt. I guess you get what you pay for. We will not stay here again.

The desk clerk was delightful. The property needs some updating.
To start.
The front desk folks were fabulous. Very friendly had fun conversation with us. Both when we were checking in and when we were checking out. The rooms, however, were a very different story. Our room, which I think we were in 218 and my son and his family were in 216. Room 216, my grandson who was on the floor, looked under the bed and found a 1/2 empty water bottle and a 1/2 empty Dr. Pepper bottle. The bathroom, where the toilet paper is resessed ridiculously filled with layers if dirty dust. It was frankly very disgusting.I do have pictures of the bottles and bathroom dirt if you would like them. The fridge/freezer combo was thick with freezer burn and the bottom fridge seal was disgusting. Other than the customer service, I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

I didn’t stay. Room was filthy. Under the bed was a trash catch all. Mold in the ac filter. That filter has never been cleaned.
My husband is handicap i told them no stairs, hotel is a split level stairs no matter what floor, no elevator. A hole is cut into the outside wall with an ac stuffed in it, and it didnt work. Hot as hell in the 3rd room we were put in. Nasty smelling, to shut the batroom door you had to stand behind the toilet, thats how small it was. Dont recomend it . This hotel is used for 1 hr business if you know what i mean.
