I was highly disappointed- the room was falling apart literally, the phone didn’t work, there was dirt and paint chips in the pool. I asked for a refund and left the first hour. Do not recommend.

Our stay was decent. Bed was super comfy. The room we stayed in needs some updates. 1) All the outlet plugs needs to be replaced....had a hard time charging devices because the cord didn't stay in place. 2) Smoke detectors - old and discolored...probably not as effective as they could be 3) Window/curtains - windows were dirty it was hard to see out of them, curtains were old and stained 4) Bathroom - Needs some attention....felt grungy. Some hooks for towels would be great.

Dirty! And rundown

The place is dirty and run down. When you walk on the carpet, dust goes into the air - i tried to capture it in the picture of the arm chair. Mold in the bathroom. Door would not lock. Rear for on the building broken and not secure.
Rag left in shower. Shower not clean
Eggs were frozen in the middle. It looked like they just tossed them in the heating serving unit just prior to opening.

Comfortable beds, room smells bad (old), carpet dirty. Hotel need an update. You will get for what for you pay. Workers are nice, breakfast ok, young girl who works there always happy to help and always smiles. Its cheap and 2 star hotel. If you there just to spend a night than its ok to stay.

Never stay at Ramada again

As I walked in the door was rusty and not painted carpets were dirty. attendent couldn’t find my reservation. no Jacuzzi as advertised. Carpets were worn and dirty in the hallways room smelled and TV was mad at crooked on the wall.

Upon arrival, i was informed that the elevator was not working, the hot tub was out of order, and all of the ice machines "had been down for weeks". No credit or prior knowledge of this when i paid more to sray here under the assumption that such amenities would be available. I expressed my disappointment, and was told they would be willing to waive the fee for not staying, but the room had already been paid for thru an outside provider, so i didn't really have an option, other than to pay again elsewhere. I will not be staying there again!

The property, although dated, which is fine, needs to be cleaned a better. Our towels had stains on them, the floors were gross and the overall property was very unclean. The pool needs to be redone very badly. The hot tub wasn’t working the whole time we were there as well. We asked for our room to be serviced two mornings and it never was. Our tub backed up and took forever to drain. The water barely got even warm to shower. When telling the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. Our phone in our room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs each and every time there was a problem. The last day the wifi wasn’t working which was a major inconvenience because we are from out of country and needed it. My son couldn’t phone his dad to say goodnight because we had no wifi. When we went downstairs (again…) they said it would be fixed for at least another day and that we should be offered a discount when we checked out. Well when we checked out we told them everything and they said we had to take it up with Expedia. Also the “free breakfast” had broken waffle makers and the coffee and tea (which was supposed to be available 24/7) was constantly out and no one was around to replace it. I have never complained about a hotel ever in my life but I felt I really needed to this time because we paid a lot of money to stay here and it was very disappointing.

Curtains are tore off the rod floors, got stains on them, Curtains are stained and look like they came out of a trashcan one one bar of soap in the sink none in the shower area stockings from someone else’s. Stay one on the floor one on the shelf not happy at all.

We loved that it was decently priced, and close to Silverwood! We did not feel like it was well maintained or cleaned! The pool was VERY dirty.. paint chips floating around as well as hair clumps. The beds were clean, the shower felt u clean and wouldn’t drain
