We go every year bd it’s been a good few trips just seems like this year the actual hotel lacked cleanliness. Our room felt grimy, the door was broken (like the actual handle you had to click into place before you could open the door.) the shower seemed u cleaned, there was a stain on the mattress, it was just unclean. My kids love it there so we will definitely be back but over all the rooms could be cleaner.

Staff were super friendly at the play areas. The hotel room we stayed in had comfortablly slept 2 adults and 3 kids . The breakfast was very good. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work .

Proximity to Triple Play activities was excellent. Included breakfast was decent. The rooms can be a little bit noisy, but we didn't spend a ton of time in our room, so for us, it was okay. Close to several very good restaurants.

I did not realize that the poop (or waterpark) was an extra fee. It was a great facility but didn't plan for or expect the extra charges. I would have paid for the waterpark because it was worth it but jusr didn't read details. I would stay here again and plan a little better.

This property is at best a very outdated best western. The walls are so thin you can hear every word of conversations in next room. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our three day stay. They advertise in the amenities they have a pool….. they do NOT! You can pay a crazy amount of money to go to the “water park” next door. $18 per person for 6-10pm ticket much more if you want to go all day. Everywhere needed a good vacuum. Would not stay here again.

Our room was absolutely filthy. There was mildew, dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The shampoo dispensers in the shower were broken. There was either a blood or poop smear on the bathroom wall. Our room wasn’t provided with adequate towels and bedding for the number of guests staying in the room. The food was mediocre. $215 per night and the waterpark was not even included. Never again.
