My issue is nit with the property but with website I used to make the booking. We were travelling for a funeral from Canberra and needed to rest. I made the booking at 10 pm and everything went through quickly. However I did not realise that a late booking cut off time for the place was shut off at 9pm. My question is why was my booking and payment accepted when you are aware that we would not be able access the room. So we had to keep driving and sleep in the car at a McDonald's car park instead. So as the booking was non refundable I paid 100 for nothing.

The heavy metal band playing in the beer garden metres away at the hotel next to the motel was loud until 11pm. There was no escaping. The rooms are very small and basic.

The bed was clean and good but the bathroom was appalling. From the smell, the lining on shower wall falling offwith mould behind it to the amateur repairs where even silicon wasnt applied properly. Unsafe electeically and unsanitary. The shower was unusable it its condition

Just install spill barriers on the shower floors for Pete's sake. Can't be hard. A bit of old garden hose glued to the floor to prevent shower water spilling all over the bathroom floor. Something. I've stayed in four different rooms and each one was the same.
