Located very close to the Railway station. A lot of hotels and bars in and around the place and so food is not an issue at all.
I had booked a non ac single room, but they generously gave me a double room. Only in the night I got to know the difficulty of that room as there was no cross ventilation and even with the fan on at full speed, I was sweating and struggled to sleep. Next day I asked them for a change to a single room, the front desk agreed to my request and I told them to move my luggage to the allocated single room. In the evening, when I returned, nothing was done and they were asking me to use the same room. Flatly refused and told them that I want a change of room. Thankfully he gave me one, which had better cross ventilation and got to sleep, the next 2 nights. The place is very clean and you get wonderful tasty breakfast at Geetha Cafe, reasonably priced.
