The lobby area is noticeably upscale. The staff was very friendly and willing to laugh to joke around. The room was exceptionally clean, organized and the beds were comfortable. I have no complaints about this hotel.

When I go back to MGM for a concert I will stay back at the HaborSide Hotel. The customer service was amazing . The convenience of the shuttle bus was a plus Ms. Linda was awesome. The hotel is a 10+. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom small and out of date they need to update them and have a restaurant inside the hotel. Overall those two little things will not stop me for staying there again and again.
