Nice location. Room appears to be recently renovated. Close proximity to a couple of fast food restaurants. A little drive from College Station but well worth it in my opinion.

Th only thing positive I can say is that the beds and pillows in the room I stayed in were comfortable. The room floor was not clean, small roaches and silver fish were crawling on the floor in the bathroom area. No wash cloths were provided and when I requested some, they said they didn't have any. The room rates were certainly affordable, but the dope smoking party animals didn;t calm down until well after 1:00 AM.

Check in on reservations said 1:00 pm. We traveled a ways left early so we could get there early before our event and relax and were told we couldn’t check in until 3.. maybe 2 if room was ready. Also, chose this hotel because it had breakfast included. One less thing to worry about. There was no breakfast included at this hotel😔 website needs to be updated.
Door did not lock from inside had to use the chair to keep door closed. No one on site to call, room phone had no dial tone

There was no soap so i couldnt wash my hands until i went out and got some, the handle to the bathroom was falling off, no hot water for the shower, and the plugs by the bed were closed so i couldnt use them. Had to find one to plug in my C-Pap that reached. The only thing keeping from being a 1 star is that there were no bugs and the bed was comfortable.

Room was dirty, bloody toilet paper in toilet. There was no soap provided. Lock was broke on door. There was hair on sink counter and in bathtub. Walls were peeling paint and dirty. Room smelled musty and moldy.

Worst Room Ever

Room was absolutely awful. Stains on the furniture, black things in the shower, room smelled like cigarettes. We checked in and checked back out asking for a refund and the management has been avoiding us not wanting to refund us money for a room we could not even stay in.
