The location is excellent for walking to campus for game day activities!! The cottage itself is a bit outdated and needs new flooring and furniture (especially in living room). However, the bed was comfortable and had nice quality linens. Nice towels as well. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. But for game weekend rates (super pricey), I was hoping for something a little more updated.

Great location near Legends Event Center for me, my daughter and her teammate. Great response time in a great neighborhood. Is it attached to a home so be aware of that. Only thing missing was a washer/dryer but a washateria was nearby. I would recommend and would stay again.
