This incredible hilltop resort exceeded all expectations. The facility was top quality, the rooms were impeccable, and the staff was fantastic. The views were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best ever. We didn't want to leave!

Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

Unacceptable! Cigar Smoking at Breakfast...

Our recent stay at this so-called 5-star hotel was a complete disaster, all thanks to the outrageous allowance of cigar smoking during breakfast. It’s absolutely baffling that any hotel, let alone one claiming to be of high caliber, would think it’s okay to let guests light up cigars in a communal dining area. The experience was made even worse by the appalling attitude of the staff. When I initially complained about the unbearable smoke, the waiter casually dismissed my concerns, acting as if I was overreacting. When I persisted, he had the audacity to say, “If I work here and have to deal with this daily, so can you.” Seriously? This level of disregard for guest comfort and health is inexcusable. The entire breakfast was ruined. The air was thick with smoke, making it impossible to enjoy the food or even breathe comfortably. The smell clung to our clothes and hair, making us feel sick for the rest of the day. I can't believe I spent so much money to be treated so poorly and subjected to such a toxic environment. Avoid this place if you care at all about your health and comfort. This is far from a luxury experience—it's more like a nightmare. We won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you enjoy breathing in second-hand cigar smoke with your morning coffee.

It was extremely loud from a big party and it lasted till past 1am, kids couldn’t sleep at all. Also, complained that the shower smelled like a clogged sewer. If you didn’t close the shower door the whole room would smell. Makes you want to gag and throw up as soon as you walk into the shower.

The property itself is stunning, super quiet, beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous views etc, but the rooms are different story. They falsely advertise double rooms as 32sq m, which is an absolute lie . Our room was barely 20 sqm. Awful beds & even worse cheap bedding linen. We had only 1 pillow each, when we asked for extra pillows the same person who works as a receptionist brought us extra two even more awful quality pillows. The room quality is a real shame otherwise would be fantastic relaxing hotel.

Lovely property in a nice neighborhood above Lugano. Pricey but worth it. Hotel guests should be aware the photo of the structure overlooking the pool and Lake Lugano is not the hotel wing... those are private apartments. Hotel rooms are nice, but they don't have views. Anyway, our stay was perfectly pleasant.

Amazing hotel. Everything is top notch including facilities location and service. Perfect all around. If you can, I highly recommend upgrading to a jr suit with a view. Definitely worth the extra cost. Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds. We loved this hotel.

Beautiful resort 😍

The place is stunning, decor of the hotel is very tasteful and feels exclusive. The pool area is also very beautiful. Service is great and staff are very professional and courteous. Only downside was the gym (on the website it says well appointed fitness center but the quality of the machines is not there, then again if you just need free weights and cardio it's enough) and the restaurant- for the price I expected the food to be amazing - it was nice but a little bistro could have done the same, there was nothing special about it. The hotel is only 15mns drive into Lugano center and there are many walking hiking paths directly from the hotel. There is also a free indoor carpark with 2 charging stations for electric cars. All in all, it's quiet and romantic and i would definitely recommend this hotel.
