Excellent facility right in the heart of the city. Restaurant was looking at the river. Very helpful staff who can speak english properly. Lovely reception area. The only letdown was the small room, considering the high price.

Hotel le Marichal

Lovely old hotel in petit Venice. Fantastic restaurant on site, L'Echevin. Need reservations. Very small room with tiny bathroom but quiet and clean. Matress for 2 was 2 twins pushed together so you sank a bit near the middle. Breakfast was underwhelming but ok. Service was very good.

Nice property location. Difficult parking situation. Be prepared if youre driving. Having pay by phone parking app is a plus. Pleasant enough property but not excellent in any catagory but location.

In the heart of old town Colmar

We had a nice stay. The location is excellent in the heart of the old town. The room and linens were fine and the bathroom was large with two sinks and drying rack. The room was on the 4th floor, but the elevator only went to the third floor and the stairs were narrow. The staff speaks English and was very helpful. We did not eat in the hotel as there were numerous restaurants nearby. We were definitely stay there again.

Front desk customer service was deplorable staff was so comfortable walking away from customers instead of helping them to where they needed to go. Two instances we were there for a wedding the staff instead of looking up to which venue we had to go to they sent us all to an Indian wedding reception which we were not a part of. Not all staff members the ladies were more accommodating and took out the time to flip through to find which venues.

This is a very charming historic hotel in a perfect location of Colmar. Everything in super clean . And things have been updated while keeping the very authentic look and feel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was spacious. We were in the third floor with the first being floor zero.

Lovely old property right on the edge of Little Venice, with charming rooms and a little restaurant and bar. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, but given the age of the building that’s to be expected (just be forewarned of you have limited mobility).

The staff is very friendly, however the room is really old, the carpets are worn, and the hotel is not a 4 star quality. The bathroom is updated, however the shower doesn’t have a door, so the water splashed all over the wooden floor.

Well located just near Little Venice. We stayed in the annex. Modern spacious room with view over river. Coffee machine and microwave. Probably not quite the ambience of the old part of the hotel but pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good. We didn’t use the restaurant otherwise as there are so many other options nearby.

the hotel needs a bit of fixing (broken closet with nails coming out...) and new menus. I was really expecting the culinary part of this visit, but the hotel didn't meet my expectations. The staff on the other hand is really of high level. I especially remember Loan from the reception (positiveness, attention to details, will to help...) and Etahn from the bar.
