Our initial room was not cleaned even though we gave them 5 hours to get the room ready before checking in. Eventually after explaining everything we had to ask to change rooms due the condition of the room. Also the bathroom lights in our replacement room bathroom were extremely dim and on their way out so we told the front desk and the gentleman did not seem to care or want to do anything about it
