Good customer service, 24 hours reception, cosy room. Only drawback is the breakfast buffet which does not have good range of foods. Mostly pig meat serves in the breakfast and not appetitive at all specially for people who doesn’t eat pig meat.

This was an absolutely terrible stay. The room was freezing cold, extremely noisy, dark, and smelled awful — truly disgusting conditions. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff behaved very rudely — waiters were throwing dishes, talking loudly, and even speaking aggressively toward me. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I travel often, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely not recommended at all.

Good area. Front desk was friendly. Some security issues seen for my room that werent taken seriously by who i presumed to be the manager, or even when asked to increase the security in an easy way, that clearly wasn't communicated or followed through.

Definitely value for money with nice continental breakfast included. We booked the comfort room on top (5th) floor, comfortable beds, small shower, no air conditioning but the tilt window allows fresh air in, carpet needs replacing, walls freshly painted. Quaint hotel and staff were helpful.

The property is walkable to all main areas. The staff were all friendly, Saleem at the check in was very helpfulf and went above expectations to help us out. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfotable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was basic, but clean, the beds were comfy. The rooms were tidied every day and towels replaced, when needed. The included breakfast was adequate. A good mix of fruit, cereal, meat, cheese and eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s really close to public transport and the shops. The only minor comment is the mixer tap should have a hot water warning sign as it got very hot, very quickly and scolded my hand. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room had absolutely no more than the bare necessities. The beds still had hairs and stains on them from the previous guests, and the hotel as a whole seemed very filthy. I found a used cleaning rag stuffed between my mattress and box spring. The pictures they have posted online look nothing like what the hotel is in person. I understand that hotels want their establishments to look nice, but the differences between online images and in-person experiences are stark and unsightly.
Our view from the window, the open dumpster right below our window did not smell nice in the summer heat.

Location was good and accessible however the condition of the room was poor. The room was absolutely sweltering hot compared to reception areas and the corridor. The shower head was broken and was spraying water out of the shower and flooded the bathroom floor. The free WiFi did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. Disappointed with the hotel overall.
