Rooms are dated. Initial allocation in 2nd floor - lot of road noise, smelly bathroom, AC does not sit at right temperature, mosquito or similar in room. I had booked early checkin but night/early morning reception duty feined knowledge and made a fuss that all rooms were booked etc. Did not give me receipt for early checkin payment until requested. Day reception ladies were brilliant and helpful and held the hotel name up for me. Management must update rooms and remind staff of duties and be consistent. Buffet staff must not engage in conversation with guests to the point of slight irritation while eating. Staff in general are pleasant. Having seen Sapphire as a landmark hotel, I want it to succeed and my comments are meant for improvement only. All the best.

The staff were amazing. We were a family of 5 with very young children, who were very active. The staff were very patient with the chaos that's our family and jumped in to help at every opportunity. Re booked them for our stay after our return from the resorts.

Very unsatisfactory stay in this hotel. Very noisy air condition, dirty bathroom, this is not three star standard hotel, Personally I wouldn’t give one star. Ordered for three cups of tea at the restaurant, they charge me 1500 rupees, I asked for the bill,, after some argument they brought the bill for 1150 rupees but did not mention on the bill for it is for three cups of tea. We are a regular visitor to this hotel but won’t stay there in future.

The room was spacious. House keeping was good. The breakfast had bread and butter most of the days. Should have some variety for breakfast. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Only good thing is, you can do early check-in for an extra fee, around 1/3 of whatever you paid for a day. Normal check-in time is 2pm, but I checked in at 4am by paying extra. Furniture, carpet and building look very old. Staff were friendly. They lock the hotel main door at 10pm and open at 6am. You need to call a mobile number to ask them to unlock the main door. They answered my 6th call when I called them while I was standing outside of the hotel. No shampoo or shower gel provided by the hotel, but you could buy them from the nearest supermarket that is found next to the hospital. Did not find any bin in the room, and the carpet was very dirty with lots of marks on it.
