It’s all just for you – Own private gate entrance, garage for one vehicle, staircase leading to a fully air-conditioned modern suite with separate sitting room, double bedroom / attached bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom has big windows to allow great natural light during the day, blackout curtains for overnight sleeping. A super comfortable king size bed with top quality linen you’ll struggle to get out of! Other bedroom items of chest of drawers, iron and ironing board with hanging space, mirror table / worktable, bedside cupboards, etc.
The bedroom also has its ensuite bathroom (with a shower cubicle), hot water, washing machine and towels, soap, toilet paper including all bed linen are provided.
Cosy sitting room area with flat screen 43' TV, cable TV with over 50 Channels, fast Wifi throughout (wifi-4g) internet connection, bookshelves, etc.
Well-equipped brand new kitchen (refrigerator, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, rice boiler, dining table and chairs to all plates and cutlery) with granite work tops so you can prepare and experience great meals at your own convenience.
Entire annex/flat from main gate entrance to entire 1st floor with all space is just for you.
Your gate and main door access keys will be passed to you from the adjoining main house.
The flat is close to main road but down a generally quiet lane. The flat it's somewhat soundproof with all the vents covered due to being fully airconditioned.
Narrow Strech - There is narrow (3-foot stretch Only) at the entrance staircase making it difficult for a person to climbing with luggage. I'm flagging this so that you are not disappointed as the apartment itself is spotless and newly decorated as pictured.
