The rooms are great and full of amenities. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, and we had everything we needed all weekend. The staff is very nice and helpful.

$18 breakfast was a joke. Most everything was cold, if they had it at all. Broken door from the back parking lot was left wide open Friday night. Dirty dishes left in the hallways for 12+ hours. Very disappointed!

The hotel was in a great location for where we needed to be the next morning. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was tidy with a great soaking tub and shower. The bed, however, was not comfortable and we were awoken to an extremely loud bass noise around 3 am. It continued for about 10-15 minutes. We could not locate where it was coming from and of course, couldn’t get back to sleep after it stopped. We were on the courtyard side of the hotel, so it could have been coming from the parking lot. Anyhow, not the hotel's fault, just something that kept us from having a good nights sleep before a funeral and long drive home. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed to get your day going, and again, the service was incredible. I am sure the courtyard is beautiful in the spring and summer months when the fountain is going and the mountain backdrop is breathtaking.
