We had a great stay! The property was very accommodating for pets, which made traveling so much easier for us. The location was ideal, easy access to Old Town and Manitou Springs, while still being in a quiet area. The place was clean and we felt very safe throughout our stay.One thing to note is that the neighbors are quite close, and there were times they could see over the fence when we were in the backyard. It didn’t take away from our experience, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for more privacy.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely consider coming back!

This place looked amazing in photos, but I think it's been neglected for a long period of time. I'll lead with the positive. Wifi worked great. We loved the location and the neighborhood is relatively quiet (except for the vocal dog next door). The owner was very responsive.A large number of lights were burned out when we checked in. The walls and floors were covered in dirt and dried liquids. It didn't looked like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The shower floors were dirty. The houseplants hanging in the windows were dead. The kitchen chairs are stained with layers of dirt and grime. The dryer was so loud, you could hear it outside. The downstairs bathroom fan sounded like a tornado because of how loud it was. The other appliances were functional. The entire foosball table is warped and unstable. This unit is in dire need of a deep clean and some TLC. I wanted to love it and again I think the owner has great intentions, but it's just in disrepair.
