Broadmoor Area / Cheyenne Canon beautifully furnished NEW cottage - . 2 bedroom / 2 bath -- in floor radiant heat. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counters,stainless steel appliances. Great room has a vaulted ceiling w/ skylights, beautiful hardwood floors, gas fireplace,and french doors to covered patio with gas BBQ opening to landscaped yard. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with beams. Master bedroom has king bed and views to the west. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and large window as well. Master bath has double sinks, large shower and heated floor. 2nd bath has tub/shower and heated floor. Desk area with excellent natural light. Washer and dryer. Free WIFI.

Easy access to Penrose and Memorial Hospitals, downtown Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, NORAD -- all military bases.

Walk to the Broadmoor hotel for drinks and dinner. Or walk out the door to limitless hiking and biking trails.

We had a wonderful stay at Canyon Creek Cottage. This home, nestled in the trees of the Cheyenne area of Colorado Springs, is beautifully designed and decorated. The bedrooms were cozy and had very comfortable beds. Most importantly, this home was spotlessly clean. We had a visit from three mule deer in the back yard one day, and they hung out under the trees for hours. It was enjoyable to watch them through the windows and snap some pictures of them. The location was an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities. It felt like a home away from home, and we weren’t ready to leave! Thank you to our host for the amazing attention to detail. When we plan another trip to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

We love Colorado Springs and this little cozy place was so great to stay in. There was a family of deer that visited us daily in the back yard. House has Everything you would need! Walmart grocery very close by to shop! Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed here for a wedding at the Broadmoor. Saved some money staying here instead of the hotel while staying well within walking distance. Also you are so close to so many trails. Would highly recommend.

Perfect little cottage

This cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay while I was attending a conference at the nearby Broadmoor. The location is excellent and in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Laura was extremely accomodating and helpful. We enjoyed the pleasant weather and watching the deer that came to visit on the patio. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado Springs!

Stayed here for a conference at the Broadmoor, which was a little under a mile walk/bike ride away. Laura was attentive, kind, and helpful and she made us feel so comfortable. The house was absolutely what I was looking for, and I will definitely stay here again for future conferences or family visits. The beds were comfortable, basic amenities present, lovely location. Highly recommend!

Great Cottage, Gracious Owner

The cottage was perfect for our needs in a quiet neighborhood but near everything we needed. The owner lives next door and was very gracious. She offered us her garage to park our motorcycles out of the rain. We highly recommend this quaint two bedroom cottage.

The house and yard were great. We came home and turned on the heat and TWO carbon monoxide detectors went off. We shut off the heat , opened the windows and called the owner. She had a plumber come the next day. We did not sleep well that night. I think it would have been better for the plumber to come that night. Also the note said to park in the second garage. When I used the garage door opener left for us a car was in the garage?
