We picked the perfect house for the week. It had everything we needed. The house had a fantastic water heater. They even provided a food and water bowl for my dog. Everything we wanted to do was within 5-10 min drive. I especially loved the walking trail with a stream right across the street. We saw deer in the backyard everyday. The host checked in to see if we had everything we needed. We are very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home! It was in a great location to walk or catch the shuttle into downtown Manitou Springs, comfortable king-size beds, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing living room! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
Great location to town and activities. Close to free shuttle to the mountain and Incline. Walking distance to a hot springs spa and to downtown Manitou for shopping, coffee and dining options.
Well stocked for all your needs. Clean and comfortable with private back patio. Close to the cute little town of Manitou Springs and near so many attractions.
Fantastic little house that felt like home! Backed up to the cliff, it was quiet and comfy. The hosts were amazing and quick to answer any questions and take care of any needs. Close to downtown and easy to find. Highly recommend!
We attended a wedding at Craftwood peak and this place was just around the corner! Also this place is directly across from Briarwood, another popular wedding event place. This is very close to the tourist area of Manitou Springs. The house is old and has some quirks ( squeaky floors) but I found it charming. Many nearby eateries and the river is across the street!
Perfect little house and absolutely amazing location close to downtown Manitou Springs. Probably a 5-10 minute walk to get into the area with the shops and eating places! Very clean and had everything we needed, loved that we had a driveway to park in since parking is so limited and expensive down there. 10/10, would definitely stay again!
Very convenient location to many beautiful views and adventures. House looks like pictures. Had 1 minor problem with the power, but it was acknowledged and taken care of immediately. One morning we had a visit from 2 huge mule deer bucks in the front yard! Loved our stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was as advertised. Things were neat and clean. Communication with the hosts was easy. It was a great location for doing things around Manitou- Cog Railway, Incline (though we just explored it, didnât climb). Parking there was very limited
This location has good amenities and was very clean. Youâre close to downtown manitou and also many hiking spots/activities. Host communication was good, too.The only downside were the floors being very creaky and there is a downstairs unit, so the sound barrier is non existent. Having a 4 and 6 year old mind their steps due to noise was a little stressful-but no issues from the tenet below. The house is very charming and full of character. (Note: there is no access from the downstairs unit to the house-which was a plus). The full size appliances were great for a family of 4. Parking was available and designated (no off street parking needed for us).5/5 for our stay.
We rented unit 1 last weekend and we found it to be an old Colorado home with historic charm and modern amenities. Itâs tucked into the side of a mountain and the backyard is steep but pretty with all the red rocks and view of the Manitou Incline. The house was well-stocked and towels were soft and fluffy. Itâs a short walk (or quick drive) to the southern entrance of Garden of the Gods and super easy to get to downtown Manitou Springs and all the little shops and restaurants.
