The Guy running the hospitality breakfast bar. He was a really great host and was very helpful and kind. And thoughtful. The staff was always present and always was willing to help when it was within their power. And do what they could do to assist. And it wasn't only with how I was being treated but the way they treated the other guests as well.

The room was fine. The bathroom toiletries were lacking. The fitness center was out of service and the internet was down, apparently for several days.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and doing a great job. However I booked a king size bed and when I got there, I was informed they didn’t have a king or queen size bed for me. They only had two doubles. When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed was that the doorknob was broken. Then upon entering the room there was a huge gross stain on the floor, one of the double beds you could tell had been laid on and there was trash and oats on the floor. I was afraid to walk around barefoot because of how dirty it was. There was hair in the bathroom and they only provided 2 bars of soap and 4 bottles of shampoo. I will not be staying there again.
