First, let me say the house itself was very clean and would have been fine had it not been for two fundamental things. 1 - the bed was not comfortable and there was no bed frame; so the box spring & mattress are on the floor. 2 - the temperature of the house fluctuates to the extreme due to the high ceiling and loft. If the day is overcast, the house is on the cold side. The temp was 59 according to the thermostat when we arrived. If the sun is out, the sun room drives the temperature of the whole house to the hot side. The thermostat read 80 degrees before we left on Sat afternoon/evening. Finally, the Wifi wasn't working when we arrived and we had to work through the Vacasa Property Manager to get the owner to pay their internet bill. It was resolved quickly but definitely not a good look. Due to the fluctuating temperature and the uncomfortable bed, we decided to leave early on Sat evening. We do not recommend this house to other renters unfortunately unless the bed and temperature control are resolved.
