This hotel was among the suite was amazing as well. Definitely would stay here again the next time we go to Colorado Springs. The view from our suite was absolutely gorgeous.

Overall this place is amazing. We stayed in the Studio Suite which has a kitchen with a fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, a GARBAGE DISPOSAL, AND A DISHWASHER!!! Plus dishes silverware, pots & pans and utensils. Beds were good, bathroom was nice with nice shower stall. Breakfasts were mostly good. Could use a bit more variety. Staff in breakfast area was exceptional. We also took advantage of the hot tub which I would rate above average. Jets could be adjusted. Our only complaint was when we checked in late, our keys did not work. Master key was needed to get into our room. Thank God for the man on duty who knew what to do.

Pool Too Cold To Enjoy

The pool was too cold for even adults to enjoy. Our avid swimming grandkids only lasted ten minutes. Most every one headed to the crowded hot tub. We went back to our room for hot showers. We selected this hotel specifically for the pool. What a disappointment.

Great family hotel

Liked the cleanliness and the location was great for us. The thermostat is in the living area and when you closed the doors to the bedroom you can have a temperature difference between the two areas but that’s a very minor issue. The family loved the breakfast and staff was very friendly.
