A great place

We have been going to this hotel for years and love it! On our last visit, the room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked…there were stains on the blue chair in the corner, which was kind of gross, and our sink had a slow leak that dripped into the floor, but other than that, we had a nice stay. Their breakfast is amazing and the hotel ambience is so fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would still go back.

Best pet friendly hotel! Highly recommend!

This hotel is a little older and outdated; the pet friendly room 126 was painted brown, (a little too dark for my liking), the sink and and shower was slow to drain, the flush was tricky, the cap didn't easily close often so we had to lift the ceramic top to flip it often. Noisy air conditioner at times, and the drying string line does not work either. BUT the staff was very responsive. Housekeeping got someone to help with the slow sink, and front desk handled the smoking smell before we returned to our room that afternoon. The staff was wonderful, especially Colleen and Mikela who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and because of the atrium layout, we were even allowed to have breakfast (with our dogs laying down under the table away from he breakfast area). We usually have to take turns having breakfast or eat in the room with the dogs, so having breakfast together on vacation was a big deal for us. Also, the potty spot was right outside the front entrance, well lit at night, mulched and so safe and convenient! I will make it a point to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets.

When I pulled up, it didn’t look like much on the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside. It was very pretty and so much seating for relaxing and lounging. The pool was lovely, bartender Gary I think his name was- he was friendly and made some good drinks and I appreciated taking my drink to go sit in the beautiful lobby and not having to drink it in the bar. The front desk agent at check in was polite and efficient and upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. You can tell the property is older but well maintained and upgraded.
