Prince Treatment

Great Staff

There’s a couple ladies at the front desk who were phenomenal. All the front desk staff was nice, but two stand out. One was Latash the LR Diamond, and the young lady who work at Verizon before Aloft. I felt like I was a prince visiting a nearby kingdom. Thank you, for making my homecoming pleasant!

Terrible experience. At check-in, staff weirdly warned me three times that the self-park gate “might not work” — as if that’s my problem. Room smelled bad, asked to switch, but the new one smelled the same. Uncomfortable bed, no water pressure in the shower. Also, elevator #2 still has a 2023 inspection certificate — pretty sure it’s overdue. 1/10. Skip this place and stay at the Cambria a block away — way better for the same price.

The area was very unique with a few shopping a restaurant options within walking distance. The room was a corner room and very spacious. The room just needed some minor detail changes. Example: the bathroom light and vanity area lights up the whole room with no option to close it off. The property was overall pretty good and a comfortable stay. The staff were excellent.
