Staff was nice but the property is in disrepair. It was unkept and dirty, both inside and out. The A/C also didn’t work in our room.

This location needs a complete overhaul. I was so disappointed. Stained carpet and chairs, lumpy mattresses and loose floor tiles with significant water damage in the bathroom. The hallway had no AC either. The elevator was filthy and smelled like pot. The only redeeming factor was friendly staff.

I have stayed at Country inn & suites more than a dozen times. Mostly in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Kentucky and this was by far the worst. It was disgusting. Never seen so much filt. The couch was brown, it's supposed to be red. No sheets on the pull out, covered in stains and no patting. It was so bad we didn't even stay for breakfast, we wanted out and didn't want to wait.

Nit overly welcoming when i arrived 3 floor wall had lets hope it was chocolate on the smeared in multiple spots on wall when u come off elevator. Door lock would not turn to lock door Bathroom sink cracked No usb charging locations. Stains on carpet in room near; a/c unit A/c vents broken. Desk chair torn Foot stool needs to be cleaned.. Not the Radisson quality I expected
