Yeah the person running the front desk even though I had a reservation but not allow me to have my reservation do not have one open for me did not have anything smoking it was pretty much dead set that I wasn't getting a room that night so I didn't get to have my reservation I'm not happy about it

Staff was very nice and accommodating for my family who was there for a funeral. Thank you for everything and Mickey she was very helpful when i called to ensure check in and everything would be covered when they arrived

Room could have been cleaner, breakfast was a joke. Morning lady was rude and not helpful, too busy talking to a guy that was a local about drama. Evening guy was nice and switched us to a non-smoking room when i accidentally booked smoking and after my stay the hotel did refund me through Expedia for me accidently booking the wrong weekend when they have a no refund policy.
