The staff was amazing. room was nice and clean and comfortable. loved my Jacuzzi tub that was in my room as well. staff was awesome for the late check out that I needed. breakfast was amazing as well. overall great stay and would defiantly stay here again. also loved the texting future if you needed anything as well.

Great campus location near football stadium and hospital, older but clean room, front desk clerk and breakfast staff very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Spent 3 nights during Christmas but never got maid service. Pool was good. Hall carpets on 2nd and 4th floor was lumpy and felt like walking in ruts... strange. Overall a good experience and would return.

For some reason, the Hotel did not have my reservation (that I booked and paid through Expedia!) The manager had to go online to verify my purchase. Fortunately there was a vacancy, which allowed them to honor my reservation. But for all intensive purposes Hampton Inn and Expedia are not communicating!

We visited during a cold snap, and the heater could not raise the temperature beyond 67°. Also, we had planned to use the kitchen for reheating Thanksgiving food and the oven smoked, indicating it needed to be cleaned. Everything else was good. It had a good location kind of in the middle of town and ample space too. Plus, the managers were very communicative and I appreciated their timely information.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. I was happy that the hot tub was working as well. One of the two elevators was not working the entire time we stayed. There appeared to be mold in our shower and the bathroom door hinges needed some oil as they were quite squeaky. In addition, the bathroom door did not shut as it was not aligned properly to close. We had originally asked for a king bedroom with a jetted tub per what we saw and requested on Expedia. This was not the case as we only had the shower.
