When I arrived the entire building reeked of weed, though I will note the individual rooms did not smell like that. Once given our key we proceeded to our room, the door wouldn’t open. When I went back to the desk they seemed annoyed at the prospect of finding a solution. They had a night manager come up quickly to try and open our room, he couldn’t. He left to find another key, upon his return he did open our door but informed us that our keys wouldn't work during our stay and to not leave our room so we wouldn’t be locked out. That is not a solution. To end the night when we finally entered our room it was to a room not even cleaned. There was hair on the sheets, a BOOGER on one of the pillow cases, and hair in the shower. I have never stayed at such a place before, and I will never be back.

Very clean hotel, staff were all very friendly, the kids enjoyed the pool, there’s a nice sitting area outside to relax and enjoy the amazing weather. My only complaint is that there is an up charge for everything, Breakfast is 20$ per person, there were 2 bottles of water in the room each with a 3$ price tag and late checkout is 53$ starting and 12 noon. Very close to mall and lots of restaurants . Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Margaret, the bartender was pleasant and professional, and just fun to be around. Courtney J behind the desk had a great attitude, even when she was busy. We had to switch rooms because our keys didn’t work and she made everything smooth. She also granted us a late checkout at 1 o’clock for free, which was wonderful because we were waiting for our car to be repaired as we were passing through. The room was very clean, the full breakfast was worth it in my opinion bc everything was hot and delicious with very good options. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The staff was friendly and professional that I engaged with during my stay. The inside environment was clean, smelled clean and the decor was relaxing. The hotel was quiet. I was disappointed that the guest did not keep the parking lot clean by putting trash in the proper container. Breakfast was nice and satisfying, and the staff was professional & knowledgeable.

the staff was incredibly friendly and they really made the stay much better but there were some cleanliness areas that were lacking. 1. no one came to clean the room or give us towels/toilet paper for a 3 night stay. we ran out of toilet paper on the last night since the rolls that were already supplied were half used. 2. half the lights in the room didn’t work. the primary ceiling light was broken and flickered when you turn it on. some lamps in the room were broken. 3. the sheets and pillows had hair from other peoples bodies. i’m not sure they were truly cleaned before our stay.
