The room is great. Check in was an issue. It took 20 minutes even though I pre registered. $50 room charge that is suppose to be reversed when I check out. The machine said it was processed but the front desk guy said it wasn’t . Hopefully it will be cancelled ok.

They were in the process of remolding, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The only bad thing was the breakfast. All three days offered the same options. Other then that it was a good stay.

You can tell the building is definitely older, but there have been updates. The room was actually very nice and clean. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if needed.

Clean room, friendly staff, accommodated pet and convenient location. No major complaints although housekeeping starts knocking on doors and you hear the entire procession down the hallway. If you had a late night it would be obnoxious.

Breakfast could have been improved Someone on Our floor was smoking weed in their room overnight /early morning and it STUNK on the whole fifth floor -not your fault but maybe crack down on it and fine them so they go outside in the future
