We had a legitimate family emergency where we had to take care of our grandchildren because of the health crisis in our daughter-in-law‘s family. We just wanted to reschedule to another date A month later, but no one was willing to help us with that because we had “missed the canceled deadline.“ they would still have gotten their money.

Wasn't disappointed!

Comfortable beds, we slept well. Quiet and clean. The room was huge. Plenty of space for our stuff without feeling crowded. Staff was so nice and friendly. I had a good conversation with one of the staff in the breakfast area. Really felt like a home away from home.

Don’t give this hotel your credit card.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but anyone that thinks about staying at this hotel should be warned that you may be charged more than you agree to pay at Hotels.com. They charged me $20 extra because my children are college aged. I had told Hotels.com that we had 4 adults for 2 queen beds, but the Best Western charged me extra regardless. After an hour spent on the phone with Hotels.com I was able to get a $20 credit from them. This hotel just can’t be trusted with your credit card for incidentals. As for comfort, the bed is old and bowed toward the middle. The AC was loud and sounded like a blender all night when it kicked on. One of the lamps had a burned out light bulb. The room only came with 3 towels for 4 people. The staff was friendly but the management can’t be trusted with your credit card information. They admitted that they have an argument with a customer almost every day about this policy. Avoid this hotel.
