We have a wonderful stay! This house is in such a great location in the Easton area—it’s easy to get to and kept us feeling safe at the same time. It had plenty of space for us to lounge, play, and settle down in as a family of four. The owners were also fantastic with communicating and helping out with anything we needed. We would recommend this location to anyone and would definitely come back.

Our host was wonderful. Very responsive to any questions. The area was very close to anything we needed. We stayed for Christmas and cooked our Christmas meal there. I would say if you plan any big meals then bring any larger dishes you may need. There was one of each kind of cookware. I’m not complaining at all because I realize this is a rental. I just want to be helpful to others that might stay. We were pleased with our trip.

Wonderful place!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was also perfect and safe – close to great local spots and easy to get around. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Not a "Charming Columbus Home" as described; LEFT EARLY

We were truly optimistic for this vacation home. The three of us (husband/wife/son) wanted a clean, modern, cozy vacation home that was close to activities while visiting Easton and surrounding areas. This home and neighborhood were anything but charming. This was our worst rental experience to-date, due to air conditioning issues (not cooling to desired temperature – we literally had to cover the front windows with bed blankets to keep the heat out and not turn on any of the incandescent lights to keep the heat down), ants in the kitchen sink/counter/our food, the beds were uncomfortable and one bed even had ripped sheets, unclean floors and carpets, missing items – there were no scissors in the kitchen and no measuring cups, and the tub stopper was missing. The location was in perfect proximity for an Easton shopping and dining vacation, however the neighborhood is best described as “trashy”. The neighborhood smelled of weed from the driveway of the property one night after getting home from dinner with our family. I would not walk in this neighborhood for fear of safety. Due to the numerous noted issues above that affected our comfort, health, and safety we left three days early after following all of the host’s instructions when leaving. We notified Evolve (the property managers) as well as the host. We were able to secure a partial refund for our disappointing stay at this property and would not recommend this property.

Wonderful place!

This beautiful house was just perfect for our family! Immaculately cleaned and fresh!! Beautiful furniture and decor, yet still family/kid friendly! The Kitchen was stocked with everything for home made meal. The downstairs was perfect for the teenage kids! We would love to come back during summer for the fantastic backyard and fireplace!

Strong Chemical Smell

There was a strong chemical smell throughout the house, which caused breathing issues. I called the property manager, and they checked the home. Come to find out, it was Moth Balls distributed in various places in the house. The smell was so strong it triggered my asthma. We ended up leaving early. Never again. Requesting a refund.

Wonderful property

Beautiful home with everything you could need for a great stay with friends or family. Clean, cozy, and comfortable- with great layout for gathering together, cooking, and social time. Super comfortable mattresses and bedding. We loved the bonus downstairs entertainment area- itd be perfect for older teens who want to have their own space. The kitchen is modern and sparkling clean, with every item you’d need to pull together a full meal. This will definitely be our go-to location for stays in Columbus.

No air conditioning and delayed communication

We lowered the a/c upon arrival but it would not cool down. After a couple of hours we tried to reach someone to fix it. At 2:24am I received a text that he would try to have a repair person on sight in the morning and gave a different contact as he was out of the country. He also called with similar info about 8. The 2nd contact did nothing until I called him. He said someone would be there to fix it around 11. We changed our plans and waited until 11. He then changed it to 3. At 5 we returned and the house was at 85 degrees. We then called Evolve, negotiated a refund due to the lack of a/c, and packed up to move to a hotel. While packing the repairman and contact arrived, worked on the a/c, turned it off and left. I believe VRBO should refund me the service fees for our discomfort and having to move to a hotel. We also lost some perishable food since we could no longer cook. I called VRBO 48+ hours ago for the service fee refund and was to get a response by email. So far no response. Evolve was quick to take care of us with a refund, but VRBO has not. The experience has been very disappointing.

Home away from Home

This house exceeded our expections! Comfortable, clean and great location! We cooked one night which was a challenge more so on what we chose to make! A grill would be a nice extra! Andrew was awesome! Responded immediately and went out of his way to make sure we were happy! Would definitely rent from Andrew and evolve again!

Appreciated the size and convenience of the property. Drive does lead up to one of the doors for easy access loading and unloading (we had someone who cannot walk far.) 15 minutes from Ohio State fair grounds. Quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. Nice to have all linens, towels, pans, dishes available all one really needed was clean clothes and food!! Thanks again to Vrbo for finding us the best place to be together for the vaca:) PS. Kitchen is perfect for nightly board games.

Excellent service!

The air mattress did not have sheets, so we texted the owner. Within an hour a new set of sheets was at the front door! House instructions are very easy. Close to Alum Creek Trail and Easton Town Center (and a rather odd neighborhood in the opposite direction, not a fault of the property by any means, just kinda funny).
