Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that bed bedside power outlets were broken and nonfunctional. Even the outlets at the sink were broken. Need to unplug TV to start the coffee maker. Was a big challenge charging our devices. I never seen issues in any Courtyards I have stayed.

The hotel itself was fine. Our car as well as multiple others were broken into. Windows were smashed and cars were ransacked through. The hotel did not alert any guests about what happened. We found out after we checked out- there was a plastic bag on our car door and glass everywhere. The night auditor that stayed over to help tried her best to help given the circumstances, but not a single manager was around. Book with caution. Park in the front of the lot or take public transportation. Reports of multiple hotels in that same plaza area also experiencing break ins.
