Staff was quick and effeciant, beds were bug free. Roof was cracked and toilet had a rough time flushing. Waiting on the whole car getting broken into thing. All in all not bad so far.

Quiet. Location is good, kinda all by itself. Dinner was excellent. Food was delicious and easily obtainable. Front staff was friendly but some were rude. Lady at front desk in morning was a rude uncaring person. Hotel needs a lot if work. My room key didn't work twice ,it was very inconvenient. My room had no heat and it was freezing,they told me they were fixing it so i had 2 endure for 2 days then,they wanted me to switch rooms at 10pm and i had to work early next day. My phone also never worked in my room. My bed wasn't made at all one day,then the next day i had no housekeeping at all. I had to get them to do it while i was out. Elevators that were close to my room broke down and was down 3 days with no sign on it. Bed had stain looked like blood in 2nd room. Overall stay was not so pleasant

Because we ended up staying for an additional night we needed to book two rooms and were placed in new rooms This allowed us to experience different floors and room types Rooms appearance are typical however phones not working loud running heater water dripping from leaking showers made them subpar additionally the amenities listed are pretty much obsolete due to being understaffed like restaurant not open bar closed new room service menu but no kitchen staff we were told not terrible if you book last minute and are only paying under hundred dollars

Upon arrival there were no available rooms. So I had to spend two hours finding things to do until the cleaned the rooms, which was very inconvenient because I had events to go to. I asked for additional towels, no one ever bought them to the room.

Understaffed and poor shower conditions

Check in was delayed by an hour due to the hotel overbooking and the cleaning crew being understaffed. The tub did not drain properly, resulting in standing water while attempting a short shower. The shower also did not get above lukewarm.
